Stretch your legs with a walk over our fields and across the road to see the Mangere Falls - magnificent after rain. Savour the peace and take a few moments of solitude in our local award winning chapel built from native timbers, overlooking the river and falls. Wander along the riverbank and chat to the ducks and the cows. Take time out from the city and the crowds.

We offer two different styles of accommodation ..

Luxury Bed & Breakfast style accommodation in the Riverview Room - located within the farmhouse in a separate guest wing. Enjoy your own private bathroom with quality porcelain fittings, power shower and endless hot water. Thick, thirsty towels are warming, quality toiletries and cosy bathrobes provided. Delightfully decorated & romantic room enjoys warm afternoon sun. Choose a CD and simply kick back.

Unwind with a bottle of wine on the sun drenched terrace or in the courtyard. Hide away in the private guest lounge with open fire, TV, DVD, stereo and library. Stroll through the olive grove or beside the river. Sleep late, then savour a farmhouse breakfast of free range eggs, honey-roasted muesli with fruit, freshly baked bread with delicious preserves from our larder - all included in the tariff. Dinners also available with this room at extra cost.

Or enjoy the independence of our self catering one bedroom apartment, The Cabbage Tree, where you can come and go as you please - ideal for longer stays, and so easy on the pocket! Relax in the peace and privacy of our beautiful rural setting, farm walks, and star-filled skies without a hefty price tag! Attached to the garage, and well away from the main house it has its own private entrance and parking.

There is a separate double bedroom, private bathroom, kitchenette, and combined lounge and dining room. TV, DVD player & CD player with movie & music selection, magazines and fully stocked bookcase. Tariff includes basic breakfast provisions and tea and coffee. Fully equipped with all linen, towels, kitchen utensils crockery & cutlery.
