Large Villa with Private Pool, Gym, Games Room

The villa is 500m above sea level, surrounded by pine forests, with stunning views over a plateau and the surrounding mountains and enjoys cooling breezes throughout summer. Uzumlu village is a 2km walk with shops, restaurants and bars. A short drive takes you to the beaches at Calis, Olu Deniz, Patara and to Fethiye Port.

From the entrance hall an archway leads to a fully equipped kitchen with oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc. Another archway leads into the lounge with a wood-burning fire and satellite TV/DVD/CD and a further archway accesses the separate dining room with seating for 7 with an adjoining terrace dining area seating 6 people..

Also on this floor there is a separate lounge with a stereo music system with iPod dock and a toilet/shower room. All the ground floor rooms have access to the outside veranda with another alfresco dining area, gas and charcoal BBQs and the illuminated private pool. Down stairs is the large well equipped Gym and Games Room with Table Tennis, Darts, Quoits, Weights, a Punch bag, Cross-trainer, Surround Sound Theatre System and a Nintendo Wii with 40 games. There is also a Bar Area and a Toilet/Shower Room.

The first floor includes a master double bedroom with large en-suite, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large family bathroom. All these bedrooms have private sun terraces with beautiful views.

The second floor has a large family bedroom with a double and a single bed and a cot also a hidden sun terrace; a twin bedroom and a large toilet/shower room. All rooms have air-conditioning and are equipped with stylish handmade furniture and all the double bedrooms have king size beds.

The bustling port of Fethiye is only 17km and can be reached by the regular Dolmus minibuses, or if you have a hire car the roads are excellent and the drive is easy. The famous resort of Olu Deniz with its sandy beaches, sheltered lagoon and paragliding centre is a short distance from Fethiye as is nearby Hisaronu with its lively night-life, clubs and restaurants. Calis Beach is a 20 minute drive from the villa with a Water-park and you can also reach Fethiye from there by water taxi.
