The property enjoys stunning views of the Titchfield Haven nature reserve, and to the rear of the property beautiful lakeside views. The natural garden provides the perfect feeding spot for a plethora of wild life, including a family of deer who visit early each morning. Wake up to the friendly pet ducks and hens who roam conifdently around the garden and help yourselves to fresh, free range eggs for your breakfast.

Just a few minutes walk from the pebble beach and the Titchfield Sailing Club. 2 adult bicycles available on which to explore the area (included in the rental price).

The property offers three double bedrooms (double, x2 twin), three shower/bathrooms (ensuite to twin and double), a modern fitted kitchen with all appliances provided, dining room, and sittingroom with 2 sofas (one a double sofa bed).

A Balcony leads off from the master bedroom on the first floor and enjoys views of the private lake. French doors from the sittingroom lead on to the private decking area with seating for 9-11 people.

Free Wireless Broadband and full vigin cable TV package, and a Child Minding service at weekends and in the evenings by security checked professionals (at additional cost).

Secure off road parking is available, offering parking for 4 cars and boat & trailer if required.

There is a pub/restaurant a short walk from the property, which offers its customers surround sea views and a pub garden (in which (friendly) dogs are welcome). The pub is the perfect setting for adults and children alike to relax and enjoys views across Solent water to the Isle of Wight. During Cowes Weeks each August... the pub and adjoining beach is a perfect spot to enjoy the spectacular fireworks from Cowes. Hill Head is a popular location for those taking part in Cows week as the slip ways provide easy access to the water. Cowes is approx a 15 minute boat ride from the shore.

The area is popular for all watersports, especially kite surfing, wind surfing and sailing. During the Summer months the Titchfield Sailing Club offer Sailing School for children and adults (please see the Titchfield Sailing Club Website for details).

Beautiful coastal walks are available in the area, with Titchfield Haven and its small natural harbour attracting bird watchers and walkers alike.

Stubbington village is within a 15 minute walk from the property and provides local, shops,pubs, restaurants and takeaway food. Titchfield Village is a short drive from the property and is the perfect setting for those seeking 'village life'. If you enjoy cobbled streets and small friendly shops and pubs, Titchfield is the place for you!

Lee on the Solent is a 10 minute drive from Hill Head and provides, more of the same but on a larger scale. Lee on the Solent is a holiday destination with shops,pubs,cafes and sea side life.

For those who like to combine quiet relaxating days with lively evenings, Gun Wharf Quays is a short (cheap) ferry ride from nearby Gosport. GunWharf provides Cinemas/nightclubs/bars/restaurants/designer outlet shopping.
