The property enjoys stunning views of the Titchfield Haven nature reserve, and to the rear of the property beautiful lakeside views.
Just a few minutes walk from the Beach, the owners offer the exclusive use of a private Beach Hut at Hill Head Beach during the week Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, and the use of 2 adult bicycles to explore the area, all included in the rental price.
The property offers two double bedrooms (double, twin), two bathrooms (ensuite to twin), a modern fitted kitchen with all appliances provided, dining room, and lounge with 2 sofas (one a double sofa bed).
A Balcony leads off from the master bedroom upstairs, plus a pretty decking area with seating from the large living room, both with uninterrupted views overlooking the lake.
Optional extras are Wireless Broadband Access at £15 per week, and a Child Minding service at weekends and in the evenings by security checked professionals.
Secure off road parking is available, with a large garage and driveway offering parking for 4 cars and boat & trailer if required.
There is a pub/restaurant five minute walk from Knights Bank Road, which offers its customers surround sea views and a pub garden which leads straight onto the beach.
The area is popular for all watersports, especially kite surfing, wind surfing and sailing.
Beautiful coastal walks are available in the area, with Titchfield Haven and its small natural harbour attracting bird watchers and walkers alike.
