Katie's Cottage is a south facing traditional stone cottage, fully equipped with quality furnishing for four persons. The cottage has 2 en-suite bedrooms - twin/double, a cosy beamed lounge and kitchen leading onto a south facing patio, kitchen includes a split level cooker, microwave, washer / dryer, dishwasher & fridge freezer, all rooms have colour TV's the lounge also has a freeview, VCR & DVD. Wireless internet connection. Private parking.

The Bungalow, fully equipped with quality furnishing for four persons. The bungalow has 2 en-suite bedrooms, a spacious lounge leading onto a private garden separate kitchen and dinning room, kitchen includes a split level cooker, microwave, washer / dryer, dishwasher & fridge freezer, all rooms have colour TV's the lounge also has a VCR & DVD. Private parking and a garage for one car.

The Riding cottage is a traditional 2 storey farm cottage sleep up to 4 persons with 2 en-suite bedrooms. The cottage has a kitchen lounge with feature fireplace and separate hall. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker dishwasher fridge, freezer, washing dryer and microwave the lounge leads onto a sunny patio and private garden. The cottage has a colour TV/DVD with freeview and a selection of DVD's and VCR's and a music centre. Ample parking. Open all year. No Smoking. Short breaks welcome.

All the cottages are children friendly and are surrounded by beautiful countryside with a network of footpaths and cycleways waiting to be explored. Ideally located for Beamish Open Air Museum (5 minutes) Durham City, Sunderland, Washington, Gateshead and Newcastle City a superb base for visiting Hadrian's Wall Alnwick Castle and Gardens and Northumberland coast and countryside. 10 minutes from the A1M.
