There is lots to see and do in the area - historic houses and beautiful gardens at Althorp, Cottesbrooke, Coton Manor, Canons Ashby and Castle Ashby. Traditional country pubs serving home cooked food and a great selection of local brews.

Surrounding country parks and activity centres offer something for everyone - choose from walking, sailing, cycling, fishing and horse riding. Golfers are spoilt for choice with 7 courses within 5 miles and for those looking for more speed Towcester Races and the Grand Prix circuit at Silverstone are also close by.

The market town of Northampton offers all types of entertainment with the Derngate Centre and historic Repertory theatre. Our central location, only 50 minutes by train from London makes it the perfect base for city trips or to discover further afield - The Cotswolds, historic Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick and the famous university towns of Oxford and Cambridge.

Ground Floor - Entrance Hall leading to a cosy sitting room with original beams and traditional stove. Modern kitchen with spacious dining area, separate WC/cloakroom.
First Floor - Light and airy double bedroom, pretty twin bedded room, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.

Swallow and Partridge Cottages (2 attractive double storey cottages - sleeps 4)
Ground Floor - Full height glass entrance leading to kitchen/dining room. Cosy sitting room with exposed beams and traditional stove.
First Floor - Pretty bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin bedded with large built in wardrobes. Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.

Wren Cottage (charming single story cottage - sleeps 2 suitable for wheelchair users)
Kitchen/dining room with tiled floor leading to cosy sitting room with traditional stove. Elegant bedroom with large twin beds (can be converted to a double), spacious modern shower room with floor level shower, toilet and low level basin.
