Comfortable, recently renovated two bedroom cottage situated within farmland two miles from Portmahomack with its excellent sandy beach, harbour, golf course, shop/Post Office, two pubs and restaurant and cafe offering local produce.

This area of the Highlands offers the lowest rainfall in Scotland and is approximately 40 miles from Inverness city and airport. 7 miles from Tain.

Cottage sleeps 5 (one double and one triple room) and has fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer.

Open plan living/dining room with open fire. Full oil CH (oil and electricity included in rental cost).

Upstairs bathroom with electric shower over bath. Own area of garden and parking.

Ideally situated for local golf courses - Tain, Royal Dornoch, Bonar Bridge - and suitable as base for walking/bird watching holidays or following the Whisky Trail!

Moray Firth coastline approx half a mile down a farm track where one can view numerous sea birds, including the occasional seal, porpose or even dolphin. The cottage has panoramic views across both the Dornoch and Moray Firths and the mountains beyond.

Pets at owners discretion, no smoking.

Bed linen provided but not towels.
