We have a wonderful self catering studio apartment that is a quick two kilometre drive from our guesthouse.

It is situated in Avenue Marseilles, Fresnaye (Upper Sea Point). This is a very central position in an upmarket, quiet and safe residential area.

Like Bluegum Hill, the apartment block is situated high up on the topmost slopes of Signal Hill, has a lovely view of the sea and signal Hill behind it.
It is a really peaceful area.

The studio apartment is spacious (55m2) with an open plan kitchen and separate bathroom.

It is light, bright and modern. The décor is classic, elegant and warm, and excellent quality!

It is brand new and has just been completely renovated !

The apartment offers;

Queen size brass bed with net canopy and quality linen.
Ceiling fan and large sliding windows.
Full Kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, fridge and all the necessary equipment.
Separate bathroom with shower over bath, lots of hot water and fresh towels.
Lounge area with couch and TV as well as DVD/CD player.
Small dining table for two.
Built in cupboards with hanging and packing space.
Good security in apartment block.
Secure parking behind automated gates.
Complimentary tea and coffee.
Washing Machine and drying line.

It is ideal apartment for a relaxing holiday.
Our self catering guests are more than welcome to come over to the guesthouse for a swim in our pool, the occasional breakfast (seating permitting) and any advice that you may need during your stay!

We are always personally available to offer assistance with anything our guests might need, from airport transfers, taxis, car hire, and restaurant bookings to tours and day trips etc.

Please note there are no telephone or internet facilities in the apartment. We can however offer you a mobile phone for your use.
