Newholme Cottage sleeps 2 and is situated on the A149 coast road between Holme-next-the-Sea and Thornham. It is ideally situated for the Norfolk Wildlife Trust and Norfolk Ornithology Associationís reserves at Holme and the RSPB reserve at Titchwell. The equally famous Norfolk Wildlife Trust reserve at Cley-next-the-Sea is within easy reach about 30 minutesí drive away - and RSPB Snettisham is just 15 minutes away. The birding here is absolutely fantastic! The region is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and also lies within the North Norfolk Heritage Coast.
There are many opportunities for walkers - a National Trail, the Peddars Way and North Norfolk Coast Path, is close by and provides excellent short strolls and also challenges for hikers keen on long-distance walks. Coast Awards 2011 crowned this path 'Best Coastal Path'.
The Coasthopper bus service serving the coast from Hunstanton to Sheringham will stop outside on request.
The nearest town is Hunstanton which is a west facing resort looking out over The Wash. It has a long promenade from which boat trips to see the seals are available.
The Royal Estate at Sandringham is a short drive away.
The property is beautifully finished and well equipped. All rooms have south facing windows. There are distant views from the bedroom windows over pasture land and marshes to the sand dunes and reserve. On a clear night you can even see the lights at Skegness.

To the front of the property there is a paved patio area with garden bench.
To the rear there is a garden with garden furniture and a washing line. Also a pond area with seating.
Dogs are not accepted.
