On the ground floor there is a spacious luxuriously equipped kitchen in which a number of chefs can play at once with two ovens, fridges, sinks etc. ensuring that even cooking can become a social event. There are three living rooms (allowing spaces for play and peace and quiet) including a child-friendly room equipped with toys, books and a Play Station and a second games room with pool table, card table, keyboard and plenty of games. Leading from the kitchen is a dining conservatory seating 10-12.
