Four of the Apartments are let out for self-catering holidays.
The Apartments benefit from high quality bespoke kitchens with Neff stainless steel appliances, electric oven, gas hob, extractor unit and Belling integrated appliances (fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher). Apartments 6 and 7 have black Angolan granite work surfaces and all have A rated gas combination boilers for the central heating and hot water.
All Apartments have double glazing and are fitted with an exceptional standard of sound insulation.
Apartment 1 is on the ground floor and can sleep up to 8 persons.
It has 2 bedrooms - 1 has a king size bed in and the other bedroom has 4 singles, this apartment also has a double bed settee. There are 2 bathrooms - one has a shower and this is ensuite to the Quadruple room, the other bathroom has a bath with shower over it and is situated just outside the double bedroom. There is seating and a dining table for 8 and the kitchen has patio doors to the front garden
Apartment 4 is in the centre of the complex and is on two floors.
Access is via its own entrance and there are internal stairs to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs the accommodation consists of a spacious kitchen with seating for 6 and a separate lounge with a small double bed settee. Upstairs there is one double room with ensuite shower and a twin room plus family bathroom.
Apartment 6 is on the first floor with lift or stair access.
It has 3 bedrooms - 2 doubles plus one single. It has a very large kitchen with cream shaker-style units and black granite worktops. There is a large lounge with pebble effect electric fire and large bay window.
Apartment 7 is a large modern penthouse Apartment with gloss white and mahogany kitchen units and black granite work surfaces.
The Apartment has the lounge and dining / kitchen area combined and this also has a large picture window view to the beach. The Apartment also benefits from an extensive south facing balcony area (approx 8m x 2m) with timber decking and views to the sea.
There are two large bedrooms - both approximately 4.5m x 4.5m - Bedroom 1 has ensuite bathroom and Bedroom 2 has ensuite shower-room. There is an extra w.c. in the Apartment for guests to use.
