14 Ard Na Mara 4* Self Catering, Accommodation, Portstewart

14 Ard Na Mara is a 4**** Self catering house situated off Strand Road in Portstewart 5-10 mins walks you to all amenities the beautiful seaside resort Portstewart has to offer. The blue flag beach, 3 Golf Courses, Promenade, shops, pubs and restaurants.

The house has a strict policy of No Smoking, No Pets and No youth groups.

The 4 bedroom house has 2 en suite rooms and two separate shower rooms with w.c & w.h.b. The house will sleep 10-12 persons. The large lounge on the upper ground floor has magnificent views of the beach, Mussenden Temple and Donegal headlands. The lounge is comfortably furnished to include a leather suite, TV, video recorder and DVD player. The Kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences e.g. microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric cooker and hob where as the washing machine and tumbler dryer are in the attached garaged with a games table for children. The garage can be used as a storage or drying area for Golfers, Surfers.

The four Bedrooms will comfortably sleep 10 persons. A family bedroom ( 1 double & 1 single Bed) on the upper ground floor has views of the beach and Museenden Temple and Donegal headlands with its own separate shower room with toilet and hand basin.

The other 3 bedrooms are down stairs, a large family en-suite bedroom with double bed, single bed and cot. There is a double en-suite bedroom and a twin bedroom with its own separate shower room with toilet and wash hand basin. The second smaller lounge/dinning room is also down stairs it has patio doors leading to the large enclosed garden with BBQ and garden furniture.

This sitting/dinning room has also a sofa bed which could accommodate another 2 persons. The house is supplied with bed linen (not towels) An allowance of Electricity and oil which is adequate for normal use. The house is strictly No Pets and No smoking. Price for 2013 is from £380- £650 per week. Prices can be given for weekend beaks and Bank holidays. A separate cheque of £75-£100 good house keeping per week which is returned if the house is in the order received. The week let is Sat to Sat but in off peak times can be any day.

14 Ard Na Mara holiday home is an ideal base for visiting the Giants Causeway, Carrick-rede Rope Bridge, Beaches, Golf Courses and the beautiful scenery the causeway coast and Antrim glens has to offer.

Again Ard Na Mara self Catering is also an ideal base for the North coast, Derry/Londonderry the walled city of culture 2013 and on route you can visit Mussenden Temple and on the coastal route you can catch the ferry from Magilligan to Green Castle Co. Donegal were you explore all the attractions Donegal has to offer.
