5 Third Avenue Guesthouse

5 Third Avenue Guesthouse, located in the garden suburb of Walmer, is the closest of any form of accommodation to PE airport.

We offer clean and comfortable self-catering accommodation in 8 private rooms each with own kitchenette and shower-en-suite. The accommodation is set back from the road, which makes for a quiet oasis close to major amenities. Six of our rooms look out over the pool and braai (bbq) lapa area.

Rates: R320 per room per night for one person and R420 for two people. A room sleeps 2 people. A 3rd fold out mattress can be added for R60 (child) or a single bed for R100 per night.

Our rooms are serviced daily except on Sundays and public holidays.

In each unit there is a ceiling fan, heater, fridge, microwave oven, 2 plate stove, TV with M-Net, kettle, toaster and cutlery/crockery, shower en-suite. Bedding and towels are supplied, bring your own beach towels, soap & face cloth.

Most of the rooms have got two single beds. Queen size and double bed also available. A 3rd bed can be added at a nominal charge. We also have a family unit available. The family unit has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a fold out coach in the lounge area.

Please note check in time is from 15h00 and check out time is 10h00. Please note if you are checking in later then 21h00 prior arrangements must be made.

Please note we do have house rules. A copy can be emailed to you on request.

Please note that rate differs December/January holiday period for our rooms.

The price for breakfast is not included in my rate - it will be an additional R50 per person.
