Centrally situated in the heart of The English Riviera - at Preston, Paignton - 1 mile Torquay and approx 5 miles Brixham and Dartmouth.

Own car park on premises, garden and Aussie style barbie available for guests use if required. Kiddies play house, slide & climbing frame, hammock swing, table & chairs for relaxation.

Friendly family owned and run accommodation - as members of both the TSCA (Torbay Self Catering Association) and the FSB (Federation of Small Businesses), the standard of accommodation is assured by yearly inspections. Read our guests comments on our website.
