There are two paved areas where you can sit and enjoy the warmth of the summer days and evenings as you wait for the barbecue to cook. The first paved area is close to the house and has steps leading down to the gravelled pathway and to the other paved area and flowerbeds. As darkness falls, the garden lighting enables you to continue to make the most of living al fresco. There is a small pond for the benefit of the resident frogs.
Stairs from the entrance hall lead to the L shaped landing on the second floor. On this floor are the double bedroom with en-suite shower room and the large family bathroom, with shower over the bath.
