This compact but perfectly formed executive studio apartment is ideally situated for visitors looking for city break accommodation, business accommodation, and anyone wanting a comfortable base from which to explore Inverness and pursue Highland outdoor activities.

The self catering accommodation is situated within a quiet residential area only a few minutes walk from the city centre, shops, pubs and restaurants.

If you want a night out at the newly re-opened Eden Court Theatre, this is a short stroll across the road from the apartment. Eden Court is now the biggest and best arts centre in Scotland and presents an enormous variety of events, including music, drama, dance comedy and cinema.

This top quality apartment is fully equipped and benefits from private parking and garden. Having undergone recent major renovation and refurbishment to the highest standard, it is well equipped throughout.

Current rates for renting the apartment are as follows:

31st May 2008 to 27th September 2008 = £460
27th September 2008 to 15th November 2008 = £360
15th November 2008 to 20th December 2008 = £410
20th December 2008 to 3rd January 2009 = £490
3rd January 2009 to 14th March 2009 = £360
14th March 2009 to 30th May 2009 = £410

Weekly lets run from Saturday to Saturday.
Check in 16:00 Check out 10:00.
Weekly rates are for 1 or 2 people.
Shorter lets are also available at a rate of £65 to £75 per night, subject to availability (min 3 nights).
At the time of booking a 20% deposit is required, and the remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to start of holiday.
