We are the proud owners of The Station Master's House and The Old Station Yard situated on and once forming part of the working Ludborough Railway Station.

The Station Masters House has been fully renovated and completely refurbished, offering high quality, self catering accommodation available all year round. This deceptively spacious accommodation sleeps 8 people in complete comfort!
Accommodation
The whole house is beautifully decorated throughout in complimentary colours and natural woods. The ground floor comprises a welcoming entrance porch, with useful space for coats and shoes. This leads into a large family lounge with comfy sofas, and an attractive open fireplace. A large picture window overlooks the garden and the Lincolnshire Wolds beyond.
The main lounge leads into a delightful sun lounge that doubles as a dining/family room. This wonderful room has a farmhouse table that comfortably seats eight. Patio doors open onto a secluded, private paved area with picnic tables, ideal for alfresco dining within the attractive garden.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with a range of country style units and modern appliances.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a further entrance door and hallway leading to a ground floor cloakroom with w.c. and good sized twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
The first floor has a further three excellent sized double bedrooms and a bathroom.
All the bedrooms have matching pine furniture providing ample storage space. Two of the bedrooms have bunk beds, while the master bedroom has a metal framed, four poster bed, with pretty voile drapes.
The family bathroom has been beautifully decorated with mosaic-style tiling and the large bath has an electric shower fitted overhead.
Outside
The delightful garden also provides access to the boiler room offering plenty of scope to hang up wet sailing or fishing gear on the many hooks and shelves. A secure, single garage is integral to the main house and is ideal for a car or for storing bicycles etc. There is also a separate wood store, always fully stocked with logs for use in the lounge fireplace.

Further mention must be given to the numerous historic sites and connections with famous sons of the past such as poet Alfred Lord Tennyson and explorer Sir John Franklin.
