Two spacious bedrooms, one with three single beds, one with two single beds. Both very light rooms with windows on three sides giving views down the valley to the front of the house and across farmland to the rear.

Tremallow is about a 15 minutes walk downhill across footpaths to the unspoilt surfing beach of Trebarwith Strand. At low tide the beach is very wide and sandy with rock pools and caves, lifeguards present during the main holiday season. There are a few shops and just above the beach the Port William pub serving good food with views over the Atlantic.

The nearest pub is a 5 minute walk downhill to the 18th century Mill House, serving excellent food and Cornish ale and live bands throughout the summer.

The breathtaking coastal path is just a short walk from Tremallow, for lovers of rugged coastal walking and perfect for wildlife lovers and bird watchers, or go inland to Bodmin Moor where there are many places of interest including Rough Tor and Cornwall's highest point at Brown Willy. Crowdy Reservoir near Camelford also offers excellent trout fishing.

Local shops which are open long hours during the summer are just a mile away at the historic village of Tintagel which proudly proclaims it is the birthplace of King Arthur.

Drive south 15 minutes to the charming harbour village of Port Isaac, well known for the Dr Martin series, with excellent cafes and restaurants, and whitewashed cottages which crowd the narrow streets and alleyways (one is so narrow that it is affectionately called Squeezeebelly alley).

Carry on to Port Quin for coasteering and on to the bustling surfing beach of Polzeath. Next are the beautiful sandy beaches of the Camel Estuary: Daymer Bay and Rock where wind surfing, sailing, water skiing and fishing are available.
A short ferry ride takes you to Padstow, well known for Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant.
Walk, cycle or horse ride along the Camel Trail which is actually a disused railway track. It runs along the Camel Estuary, all the way from Padstow to Wadebridge and on right to Bodmin Moor.

Lots of outlets to hire bikes in Wadebridge and Padstow.
Alternatively a short drive north is the picturesque, medieval and mystic fishing village of Boscastle, hidden away in a steep sided valley. Many cottages date back to the 15th century, and there's a Norman church and examples of medieval strip farming on the cliff tops.

Carry on for the excellent surfing beach of Crackington Haven and further north to Widemouth Bay with its huge sandy surfing beach.

Golf courses are plentiful and those nearby include St Enodoc, Bude, Bowood, Roserrow and Trevose.

The world famous Eden Project is a 45 minute drive.
