Chamonix boasts some of the most awe inspiring mountains in Europe that act as a stunning backdrop to a skiing and boarding paradise, ideal for beginners and experts alike.

Why not come and sample our hospitality and bonhomie? We can ensure that you get the most from your skiing holiday and the wonderful surroundings of the Chamonix valley, whether you want to chill in the lavish 5 bedroom comfort of The Fox Hat or ski from dawn till dusk.

The centrepiece of most chalet holidays is the evening meal and we guarantee that you will leave the table neither hungry nor sober (unless of course you want to - the combination of a muzzy head and a lift queue has never been one of my favourites!)

Lift passes, ski school, guides and evening entertainments can all be booked in advance so that all you have to do is turn up and enjoy.

Our chalet is situated in the beautiful hamlet of Les Tines nestling below the imposing Dru, ideally located for the main ski areas of La Flegere, Les Grands Montets (Argentiere) and Le Tour, with views up to the Aiguille de Midi and Mont Blanc.

We provide a complimentary transfer service to and from the slopes 5 days a week and there's also a bus stop and train station at the end of our lane.

The chalet itself boasts 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms sleeping up to 12 adults. On the ground floor we have a double room with en-suite bath and shower room and a double with shower room immediately adjacent.

On the first floor we have another double with en-suite shower, a twin and family room (four single beds - with room for a camp bed if necessary) sharing a large bathroom with independent shower.

The twin and family room each have access to a long balcony facing Mont Blanc. These arrangements are flexible, so please ask if you'd like us to change the layout of any of the rooms.

The spacious living area on the ground floor has under floor heating and ample sofas arranged around the fireplace with a TV/Video, DVD and music system. There's a selection of DVDs and CDs, but please feel free to bring your own. Boots can be kept in the warmth of the hallway and there's a ski locker at the rear of the chalet.

For those of you who fancy a bit of 'Après', there are numerous well located bars, many providing live music. If a sneaky pre-prandial is more to your liking, the Excelsior Hotel is immediately opposite the chalet.
