The self catering accommodation is very comfortable and exceptionally well-equipped. The cottage comprises of:-

Open Plan Ground Floor:
Good sized open plan kitchen/dining/ living area with large fan oven, hob, microwave, extractor, fridge/freezer, very well equipped with a large range of cooking utensils, dining table and chairs, full furnished with settee, colour television, cd player and dvd player, coffee table, table lamp.

A good sized patio area with patio table and chairs, and garden.

Spiral Staircase to Top Floor:
Good sized double bedroom with double bed, double wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of draws, lamp, mirror. (if required can accommodate 1 small child plus cot)

Bathroom:
Shower room with wc, sink, mirror and storage.

Shirehill is centrally located midway between Sheffield, Nottingham and Lincoln and only 1½ hours from London by train giving unique access to the traditional Sheffield Steel visitor experiences; the Nottingham lace industry; and historic Roman Lincoln with its outstanding 11 century cathedral

Sherwood Forest is just a few minutes away, where you can visit Robin Hood Country and explore the famous Sherwood Forest with its Great Oak Tree, follow in the footsteps of Robin Hood and his merry men. Explore the birth place of the Pilgrim Fathers, founders of modern day America. Discover the Historic Houses of the Dukeries, Clumber Park, one of the largest Parks in Europe; Creswell Crags, with the oldest cave drawings in the world; or simply relax in the countryside, fishing, cycling or riding on quiet roads, exploring historic churches, walking ancient footpaths and charming towns and villages with thriving markets, traditional shops and quaint tea shops.

Swimming pools and tennis courts can be found in nearby Edwinstowe or Ollerton.
