Sun terrace has seating for 4 and coffee table. Complex has beautiful landscaped gardens, full of exotic and fragrant plants. There are 3 pools, plus 1 baby splash pool. Tennis courts.

5 min drive to La Duquesa beach, a large sandy beach, perfect for families, with beach bars and volleyball net. Walk the promenade all the way to Sabinillas beach, about a mile, to enjoy the views to Estepona and the rest of the New Golden Mile.
45 mins to both Malaga and Jerez airports. 20 mins to Gibraltar airport. Hire car recommended, we can suggest good suppliers at all locations.

Dates will be held for 72 hours to enable flights and car hire to be booked. Deposit 25% of total balance. Remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal account. £150 refundable security deposit to be held until safe return of apartment.

Bed linen, tea towels and towels are provided. Apartment is cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. Please bring your own towels for use by the poolside.
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
£295 Off Peak and £395 Peak for up to 4 guests.

For each additional guest there is a supplement of £25 pppw Off Peak and £35 pppw Peak to cover set up of deluxe metal action sofa beds & cover extra cleaning and laundry charges.
