We love where we live and thought that others would too so we built Baincraig Lodge in 2006. We have had many returning visitors and look forward to welcoming many more self-catering guests to this wonderful rural situation. Best suited to adults and children over 12, the Lodge is centrally heated, double-glazed and beautifully presented with quality furnishings and fittings. All linen and towels are provided.

With the main areas facing south, you can enjoy the wonderful views at all times of year and catch all the sun on good days.

Here, in North East Fife, we seem to have more good days than many other parts of the country.

Sitting out on the wraparound veranda in the evening, you can enjoy a nightcap as you watch the sun disappear over the horizon to the west.

The comfortable lounge area has a cosy, stove-type gas fire, TV, video, DVD, hi-fi, books, board games, videos, music tapes etc. The patio doors open directly onto the wraparound veranda.

The modern, well-equipped kitchen area has a gas cooker and extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and is adjacent to the lounge/ dining area.

The utility room, which is situated by the entrance, allows you to remove dirty walking boots, store golf clubs and hang outdoor coats. It is fitted with sink, washing machine and tumble drier.

The main bathroom is extremely spacious and has a full sized bath with shower over.

Bedroom 1 has an en-suite shower room, king-size bed and wall-mounted LCD TV.

Bedroom 2 has 2 quality single beds with double duvets for extra comfort. Both rooms have double mirrored wardrobes.

The lodge is situated in an area apart from the main house and garden, surrounded by its own lightly wooded garden area with flowerbeds and shrubbery. Here you will find a picnic table and benches, arbour/swing and ample parking on hard standing by the entrance door.

All fuel costs are included in the rental.
