Aceri Apartments near Rome

Aceri Apartments is located in the countryside of Castelli Romani, far from chaos but perfectly connected to Rome with frequent trains that reach central station in only 20 minutes. At 20 km from Ciampino airport and the sea. Ideal starting point not only to visit Rome and the Vatican but also to discover natural beauties, archaeological sites and cultural heritage of Castelli Romani.

Our guests can enjoy a full day in Rome or in the neighbourhood and come back in a comfortable place where they can relax and leave their children free to play outside in the fenced garden without any risk.

The house is a detached villa; we can offer different solutions: an apartment, a studio-apartment and 3 B&B double rooms.

The apartment is composed of two double rooms, a living room with fireplace, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment can sleep up to 8 people; in the living room there is a sofa that can be a normal single bed or a double bed (not folded) and an additional sofa-bed.

The studio apartment is composed of one big room (about 50 square meters) with a double bed, a single bed, a bathroom and kitchen corner. The double bed can be separated by the single bed with a curtain.

Linen and towels are provided for both the apartments and weekly changed.
Cots for children up to three years available for free.

Both kitchens are fully equipped (4 burner hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine) and you will find all the basic ingredients for cooking (salt, oil, sugar, coffee, tea).

Both the apartments have independent heating system (during winter time gas for heating has to be paid as additional cost).

Each apartment has its own dedicated outside space with table, umbrella and BBQ. In front of the apartments there is a fenced garden dedicated to the guests with slide and swing for children and a table with sun loungers for parents; according to the period you can also enjoy of the fruit trees and pick up your own fruits (cherries, figs, plums, pears, sour black cherries, lemons, tangerines), you can also ask to try our homemade marmelades for free.

Additionally, we have three B&B double rooms all with independent air conditioning/heating and private bathroom; one room is en-suite. A dedicated terrace with a wonderful view of Castelli Romani hills can be used for breakfast during spring/summer periods.

The price is different depending from the apartment chosen and from the number of persons. We have chosen to offer the same price for all the year.
Apartment: 20 euro per person per night up to 6, 15 euro per person per night for the 7th and 8th person; final cleaning 20 euro.

Studio-apartment: 25 euro per person per night up to 2, 15 euro for the 3rd person; final cleaning 15 euro.
Rooms: 50 euro per room per night for the rooms with private bathroom, 60 euro per night for the ensuite one, breakfast included.
