Callasfield is a spacious, self-contained apartment in an Edwardian Cotswold stone house set in a beautifully landscaped garden on the edge of the village.

The apartment is attractively furnished to a high standard, offering every comfort combined with excellent quality. The entrance is on the ground floor; upstairs you have a well equipped kitchen/dining room, recently refurbished sitting room, a double bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom is a twin with and en-suite shower room.

Very well maintained throughout to provide a 'home from home' atmosphere for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Lovely garden, with furniture, which guests are welcome to use.

Milton-under-Wychwood is a well serviced village with a local mini supermarket, a Cotswold deli and a local pub that serves food. For a change you can take a country walk across the fields to neighbouring Shipton-under-Wychwood (or through the villages but not quite so relaxing!) where there is a 'local' pub, a 'posh' pub and an historic inn with a great atmosphere. Food available at all.

Burford is close by and the Cotswold Wildlife Park is around 8 miles away. Beautiful Blenheim Palace at Woodstock is within 20-30 minutes drive. The Spa Town of Cheltenham and Oxford are both around a 40 minute drive.

Trains from Charlbury (5 miles) for easy journeys to Herefordshire/London Paddington line for Oxford, 20 minutes or London/Paddington a little more than an hour.
