219 High Street is a superb 4th floor apartment located right on the famous Royal Mile in the heart of Edinburgh's historic Old Town with fantastic views over Princes Street and beyond towards the Firth of Forth.

Accommodation ideally suits couples with a double bed being located in the large drawing room. However, up to six guests can be accommodated with the addition of two double sofabeds.

There is a separate and fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower over bath.

This quality self catering apartment forms part of a traditional Edinburgh tenement and retains many original features.

In terms of location, Edinburgh's Royal Mile offers a wide selection of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants ... you'll not be spoilt for choice. It is also home to many of Edinburgh's tourist attractions including The Real Mary Kings Close, Edinburgh Castle, Camera Obscura and the Scottish Whisky Heritage Centre as well as the popular ghost tours. Other attractions such as the Royal Yacht Britannia can easily be visited by public transport.

The main shopping area of Princes Street is just 5 - 10 minutes walk away from this holiday apartment, as is Waverley Train Station.

Prices range from just £50 - £75 per night (min 3 nights) / £300 - £475 per week. Rates are for the apartment (and not based on per person) and include linen, towels and electricity.

Due to the fantastic location of this apartment, it is an ideal base for Edinburgh Tattoo and Festival, Edinburgh Hogmanay, Murrayfield rugby matches to name but a few.
