Even Yehuda villa
Our house is a new luxurious villa (250 m2) with sunny and well-kept garden. It is located in the tranquil village of Even Yehuda, 25 km north of Tel Aviv center, 5 km (10 min drive) from the beautiful Mediterranean beach of Netanya. You can chose to spend relaxing vacation away from the hassle of the business downtown or head for the dancing floors or fantasy bars late at night both in Tel Aviv or nearby resort town of Netanya.
Even Yehuda lies right next to main north-south routes (number 2 and number 4) so it is only 60 min drive to Jerusalem, 90 to Nazareth or Tveria (Sea of Galilee).
The interior of the villa is beautifully furnished with high quality blend of antique and contemporary style furniture, painted in warm colors typical to the region surrounded by large windows. It is fully equipped with whatever you may expect in a modern dwelling, and air-conditioned by independent heat/cool unit for each and every room.
The living area is spacious (some 80 m2) and it includes a dining area and an open plan kitchen, which has a fridge, a dishwasher and everything else you may need to cook or serve food.
A few steps separate the living area from a TV nook, and the main bedroom, which opens into a small and well-designed patio, and its large well-lit adjoining bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower.
Upstairs there is another bedroom with a double bed and a shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with their own cable TV.
In the large, above ground basement, which serves, as an office area, there are another sitting arrangement, desk, high-speed Internet connection and a fax.
In the back of the house there are two outside sitting areas right next to a lovely pond, adds the sound of running water to the garden and which is inhabited with a family of extremely discrete golden fish.
A maid is scheduled once a week.
