It's a 43 m2. apartment on the 7th floor of a building with doorman 24 hs. It's 10 minutes to Obelisco, San telmo, Puerto Madero, Cafe Tortoni, Florida str, Corrientes str.

It's near supermarket, restaurant, banks and shops.

There is one bedroom with queen size bed, drawer closet, TV cable, ceiling fan, air condition. The living dining room displays a balcony over the street. It's furnished with a sofa, audio equipment, a table with chairs and heating.

Complete kitchen with oven and stove, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, cooking and table ware. There is an iron, a hair dryer and adapters. Telephone with local calls and memo box free. Weekly housekeeping attention free. Promotions rates monthly, fortnights, weekly. Minimum period it's 4 days. No fees.

The tenant must pay a security deposit according to the length of stay. This amount must be paid in cash. The amount placed under deposit will be returned to tenant less damages (if necessary) after verification of apartment inventory, all of its contents, and condition as provided to tenant upon arrival.

In the case that any item on the inventory list is damaged or broken, the tenant will be responsible for the replacement and /or repair cost of item.

Check-in upon arrival, as agreed upon by both parties, will meet the tenant in the property, where we explain the amenities and review the inventory, At this point, the contract will be signed, along with the addendum which lists inventory, payment will be made, and keys delivered.

Check-out time from the property upon contract termination is at 12:00 local time. In all cases the apartment must be in the same condition as it was upon delivery to tenant.

Upon an inventory check, and having assured that there is no damage to the apartment or amenities, the tenant will receive the deposit and will return the keys to the apartment.
