3 bedroom Town House in Central Torrevieja, Costa Blanca

Casa Rose is a spacious 3 bedroom townhouse arranged over three floors.

It is located in a residential area (not urbanization), which has a mixture of both English and Spanish residents.

The three bedrooms consist of one double and two twins. There is a recently refurbished family shower room and downstairs cloakroom. Casa Rose benefits from a fitted separate kitchen and shaded patio with built-in BBQ. There is also a delightful balcony leading off the master bedroom and a private rooftop solarium.

In addition there is a gated communal pool (seasonal) for the exclusive use of residents and their guests. This is set in lovely gardens with a paddling pool for the children. The pool is just to the rear of Casa Rose.

The rental rates are for the house and not per person. It includes all utilities, linen, cleaning and a welcome pack on arrival - there are no hidden extras! However, you will need to bring your own towels.

A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 will be required to secure the dates with the balance payable six weeks prior to departure. There is also an additional £100 damage/loss deposit, which will be refunded on your return, subject to everything being in order.

For your peace of mind, Casa Rose is managed by English Management Company whose offices are a very short walk. They have complete management of Casa Rose.

Numerous excellent restaurants, bars and supermarkets are within close proximity. The nearest Blue Flag beaches, Playa del Cura and Playa de los Locos are both within a 10 minute walk.

The town centre of Torrevieja is very lively with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. All tastes are catered for including Chinese, Italian, Mexican, English and of course Spanish! Children are extremely welcome in all restaurants. Menu of the day and Chinese meals offer excellent value for money. Local wine is plentiful and cheap!

For the golf enthusiasts, there are 3 outstanding golf courses within easy reach.

Near to Casa Rose is a Water Park (seasonal) and a modern shopping mall with C&A, Mango amongst others.

Casa Rose is also very near the large outdoor Friday Market which is probably one of the largest held along the Costas. Here you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, clothing, handbags, shoes, etc all at very reasonable prices.

There is also a daily craft market held on the attractive promenade (traffic free) in the centre of Torrevieja. Alongside the craft market is a permanent fun fair and a beautiful marina.

Alicante and Murcia airports, both served by low cost airlines, are within a 35/40 minute drive. A meet and greet service can be arranged at either airport at reasonable rates.

Torrevieja, a seaside town lying to the south of Alicante, is surrounded by two large and beautiful natural salt-water lagoons, which form the 'Lagunas de La Mata y Torrevieja' Nature Park. Both these expanses of water, of recognized ecological value, occupy more than half the municipal district to create a particularly healthy micro climate that has been recommended by medical specialists the world over.

Torrevieja is also famous for it's Fiestas held in January, February, April, May, June, August, October and December.

The coast consists of a combination of fine-sand beaches and secluded inlets which are great for snorkelling. The area enjoys all year round sunshine and is easily accessible.
