Bali Vnew Villa a tropical oasis in Lovina, North Bali
Bali Vnew is a new villa comleted in April 2007. There are 3 large bedrooms with high ceiings and air conditioning for your comfort at all times. Two of the bedrooms have outdoor bathrooms and the third has an indoor bathroom. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, and if necessary a single bed can be added. Normally, the villa can accommodate up to 6 people - and where required, we can discuss options for accommodating up to 8.
The villa is on a large block of land with 40 metres of beach front on the North Coast of Bali. Coral reefs provide protection so that the Bali Sea is usually quite calm and very safe for swimming. The other option for swimming is an 18 metre private pool with an integrated jacuzzi.
The gardens around the villa are beautifully landscaped with tropical plants, coconut palms, ponds, statues and water features. You can find quiet spots to read or simply to relax and meditate. A Bale Bengong or gazebo beside the pool has matresses and cushions and is a very relaxing space during the day, and provides the option of sleeping outdoors at night.
The living room of the villa has an entertainment area with home cinema (large screen, surround sound, and a large DVD library), pay TV and a satellite receiver for the many free TV channels. Upstairs on the mezzanine there is an executive office with computer and broadband internet access at all times.
The kitchen is a large with all facilities. There is a refrigerator/freezer with ice dispenser, a microwave, a gas cooktop with gas oven, and a dish-washer. Just outside the kitchen there is a gas BBQ-grill to complement the facilities of the kitchen.
Behind the villa, vineyards, banana plantations and rice-fields create a rural atmoshphere. Jalan Tulip is a very quiet local street and we are 500 metres from the bustle of the main north coast road of Bali. Central Lovina is 6 Km to the east and has numerous restaurants, bars with live music, shops, medical facilities and toursit services.
Local attractions include hot springs at Banjar, a large Buddhist temple on the hillside, waterfalls and the old colonial city of Singaraja. Activities include boat-trips at dawn to see the dolphins, snorkelling to view the corlas and tropical fish and trekking in the West Bali National Park.
