Accommodation is fully equipped inclusive of tariff, unless otherwise stated, with secure off road parking.

Bedroom 1: Double (en suite) with shower.
Bedroom 2: Twin/King-size bed(s), as requested.
Bedroom 3: Twin with patio doors onto paved and lawn area.
Accommodation sleeps up to six adults.

Tariff:
2 Nights £300 - 3 Nights £350 - 7 Nights £450. Plus £100 refundable deposit.

A deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the rental fee is payable if the booking is made more than two clear calendar months before the start of the rental. The balance shall be payable two clear weeks before the commencement of the rental. Non-payment of the balance of the rent on or before the due date shall be construed as a cancellation of the contract by the Client. For bookings made less than two clear calendar months before the commencement of the rental the total fee is payable. For bookings made less than 3 weeks before the commencement of the rental, no cheques can be accepted. Payment must be cash or funds transfer.
