Garthyfog Farm boasts magnificent views of the Mawddach Estuary. Backing onto the Cader Idris mountain range with the popular beaches of Fairbourne and Barmouth less than two miles away.

Activities in the area include Hill Walking, Climbing, Mountain biking at Coed y Brenin, Water Sports, Pony Trekking, Fishing and many other attractions such as Gold and Slate mine tours.

For an ideal base to explore Snowdonia, stay at our Norwegian Log Cabins at Garthyfog. Each cabin has two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 4 adults. They include fully equipped fitted kitchens. Both cabins can be booked together for larger families or groups (subject to availability).

Caban Idris was the first cabin to be built at Garthyfog and has welcomed many guests from all over the world.

There are views of the Mawddach Estuary and surrounding hills.

The open plan living area has two bed settees, which could accommodate 2 further guests if required. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and gas oven/hob. All cutlery and utensils are also provided.

There are two bedrooms, one double and a twin. Shower room has washbasin and WC.
