Craigavon House
Craigavon House - 4 Star STB Cottage - is situated on the shores of Loch Leven set in 5 acres of shores line. Craigavon House has unrestricted breathtaking views over Loch Leven and to the Mamore Hills beyond. In terms of comfort and location this house is really unparralled in this area.
Craigavon House offers all the comforts of a 4 Star Scottish Tourist Board property and lots more. This property is furnished to a very high standard throughout. Within Craigavon House you will find lots of extras not normally seen in self catering properties, it really is a home from home holiday property. With two bedrooms, a large shower room all on the second floor, a large sitting room, a separate dining room and a beautiful fully fitted kitchen equipped to the highest of standards all on the ground floor, you will appreciate from the minute the door is opened to this property that quality is of the utmost importance, ensuring our holiday makers have quality accommodation and a truly memorable stay in the Highlands.
The ground floor of this property offers a large sitting room with large patio doors with breathtaking loch views, the sitting room is furnished to an extremely high standard, with wool carpeting throughout and large leather sofas and beautiful lighting, the sitting room also has a large feature granite fireplace. The sitting room has as standard a large 28 colour T.V, video, DVD player and mini-hifi. From the sitting room views over Loch Leven are beautiful and forever changing, even on a wet day views from Craigavon House are fantastic, stormy ones even better!
Dining Room
From the moment you arrive a very warm welcome awaits you, tea biscuits and fresh flowers await your arrival. The dining area can accommodate four persons in comfort and it is completely separate from the sitting room.
Kitchen Area
The kitchen is full fitted out with oak units and is complimented with underlighting and spotlighting on the ceiling. In terms of equipment all crockery and kitchen utensils are provided and are of a very high quality. The kitchen has an electric hob, oven and is fully fitted out with microwave, fridge, freezer, washer, drier etc. We even have a food processor installed for your convenience!
Bedrooms
Excellent views over Loch Leven and to the hills beyond can be seen from the master bedroom and beautiful hill views can bee seen form the twin room. All bed linen and limited towels will be provided for your stay with us at Craigavon House.
Both bedrooms are furnished to a high standard, the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, while the twin room holiday makers have the use of the shower room which is also upstairs. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes, hair drier facilities, safety deposit boxes and dressing tables with mirrors. The pictures shown really don't do justice to the bedrooms. They are very highly furnished and wonderfully comfortable, both rooms have lots of pictures and scatter rugs throughout.
Craigavon House is fully double glazed and central heated throughout, all bed linen and towels are provided free of charge for your stay.
Craigavon Cottage
Craigavon Cottage has unrestricted breathtaking views over Loch Leven and to the Mamore Hills beyond. In terms of comfort and location this Cottage is really unrivalled in this area.
The accommodation comprises:
* Sitting Room with wine bar dining area, (Colour TV, mid-hi-fi and video are all standard).
* A Galley kitchen fully equipped to a very high standard (washer/drier, micro-wave, oven, hob cooker, fridge, freezer) etc.
* A double bedroom en-suite showeroom (there is a safety deposit box in the bedroom)
* Small Hallway with another WC off.
Craigavon Cottage is fully double glazed and central heated throughout with a small feature fireplace with an electric fire. Included in the cost is all bed linen and limited towels.
Ard Craig Cottage
Ard Craig Cottage is a 4 Star STB Cottage which offers those of us who are looking for something a little bit special the perfect accommodation in terms of size, standard and of course location.
The accommodation comprises:
* Sitting Room with wine bar dining area, (Colour TV mid-hi-fi, and video are all standard).
* A beautiful fully fitted kitchen equipped to a very high standard (washer/drier, micro-wave, oven, hob cooker, fridge, freezer) etc
* An upstairs double bed room, en-suite showeroom (there is a safety deposit box in the bedroom).
Ard Craig Cottage is fully double glazed and central heated throughout with a small feature fireplace with an electric fire. This cottage caters for the smaller parties of two people and one child only, it is furnished to a very high standard throughout and it has a small walled garden with patio, table and chairs, there is a larger garden which can be used by this property, it is a loch side garden. The cottage has private secure car parking to the rear of the property.

Old Quarriers Cottage
The Old Quarriers 4 Star Cottage is located in the small peaceful village of Ballachulish, only one mile from Glencoe Village. This property is over 150 years old and was used in the past by men whom used to work at the world famous slate Quarry which is located in the village of Ballachulish, the quarry has been closed for many, many years but it is still a very interesting place to visit and to take walks through. Quarriers cottage is centrally located within the village of Ballachulish only five minutes walk from the local bus service stop and only a few minutes from the local shop, pub and bistro.
The accommodation comprises:
* Sitting room with dining area
* Separate Kitchen equipped to a four star standard
* Double bed room , all bed linen and towels provided
* Hallway
* Shower room (there is no bath at this property, sorry)
Facilities include, wide screen Tv and DVD player, midi hi-fi, all bed linen and towels provided free for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard, with washer drier, fridge, freezer, microwave, food processor, oven, hob and extractor all standard.
Quarriers Cottage is fully double glazed and central heated throughout with a Granite and Oak feature fireplace with electric fire. This cottage caters for the smaller parties of two people and one child only, it is furnished to a very high standard throughout and it has a private garden to the rear with a patio area. Included in the cost is all bed linen and limited towels. The cottage has private secure car parking to the rear of the property and is 14 miles from Fort William and 32 miles from Oban, 17 miles from Nevis range Ski Centre and 13 miles from Glencoe Ski Centre. Inverness and Glasgow are all well within an hour and a half drive from Glencoe.
The village of Ballachulish is situated next to the beautiful Loch Leven, from the cottage a five minute walk gets you to the loch side. There is a local water sports centre where you can hire a boat, water bike or even a cruiser for the day. Whitewater rafting, horseriding, flying and skiing its all here in Glencoe along with the world famous hill climbing of course.
