Highland Chalet
The chalet, 'AR TAIGH FIODH', stands within the owners garden. It is situated in the village of Spean Bridge and has views towards 'The Grey Corries' mountain range and on a clear day, you can get a glimpse of 'Ben Nevis'.
'Ar Taigh Fiodh' (meaning our wooden house), has a well equipped living / kitchen / dining area. There is a washing machine, oven and hob, fridge and microwave in the kitchen. Dining area has a pine table and chairs. Living area has TV, DVD, video and music stereo.
First bedroom has a pine double bed with pine bedside units and lamps.
Second bedroom has a pine double bed with a bunk bed over (for &1 child), pine drawer units and lamp. Both bedrooms have built in double wardrobes with shelves and hangers.
The shower room has a shower enclosure, WC and sink.
There is a veranda to the front of the chalet, which leads to a patio area with table and bench. A barbeque is available during the summer months. There is ample car parking for two cars.
Bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels.

Spean Bridge is easily accessible by car, train or bus. It has a grocer shop, woollen mill, commando museum, gift shop with tourist information and a good selection of restaurants to suit all tastes.
Fishing, golfing, forest walks, ski-ing, mountain-biking, leisure facilities and much more can be accessed either by a short drive or some within walking distance.
Fort William is the nearest town, a 10 minute drive, where you can visit the museum, go on a boat trip, take a bus tour or a train ride or go to the leisure centre with pool, squash courts, gym, sauna, tennis courts and climbing wall. There is also a good selection of restaurants.
There is also the historical 'old Inverlochy Castle' and of course the magnificent 'Glen Nevis' at the foot of 'Ben Nevis'. Fort William also boasts good shopping and a large supermarket. The steam train can also be accessed from here (in the summer months) and will take you on a scenic journey to the fishing village of Mallaig (The train is featured in the 'Harry Potter' movies), on this journey you can also find some of the most beautiful beaches with glorious 'silver sands'.
Inverness is the nearest city, 1 hour drive away. It has everything a city has to offer; cinemas, excellent shopping, museums, theatres, culture and much more.
Perth, Oban, Glasgow, Edinburgh, the Isle of Skye and much more are all within a days trip.
'Ar Taigh Fiodh' is the perfect place to explore new places, have fun or to just 'chill out'.
