Unique City Apartments
Unique City Apartments are graded by the British Tourist Board and are based at The Reach on Leeds Street in Liverpool city centre. Built in 2006 to a luxurious and high specification, we offer a choice of two 2 bedroom apartments, both of which are beautifully furnished and fully equipped to ensure you can experience a real home from home. The apartments feature balconies with city views and are situated next door to each other.
A refreshing alternative to a traditional hotel stay, offering more space, privacy and freedom to both corporate clients and leisure guests. Each apartment can sleep up to 5 people.
You could not ask for a better location. Local attractions within a short walk include The Albert Dock, Matthew Street's Cavern Walks, the city's main shopping centre, cinemas, theatres and museums and award-winning restaurants and bars. Main train and bus stations are within the same proximity. Liverpool and Everton Football Clubs are also easily accessible.
Facilities include: fully fitted kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery and cookware.
Each apartment also has iron and ironing board. Contemporary bathroom with luxury fittings and accessories. Lounge and dining areas have widescreen Freeview Digital TV's, all soft furnishings, dining table and chairs.
Bedrooms have ample wardrobe and drawer chests and all bed linen. Apartments offer all the qualities of a hotel with all the benefits of your own home. Weekly Linen/Towel change and service clean for stays of 1 week or more.

Door intercom. 2 night minimum stay required (excludes weekends and peak/event dates). Each apartment comes with one free parking space. Subject to availability. Check-in information: identification in the form of a Photo ID Driving License or a Passport will be required. A deposit may also be required as security. Please contact us for further details.
Our opening hours are Mon to Fri: 7.30am to 8pm. Saturday 10am to 7pm. Sunday: 11am to 5pm. For arrivals outside of these hours, alternative arrangements can be made. Please indicate on your booking your estimated time of arrival.
