Many ski resorts in Salzburg are very famous and consequently overcrowded. The villages of Annaberg and Lungötz still represent a sort of insiders' tip for those who want to have family vacation.
Choose among the inexpensive accommodations with the ski runs nearby.
The guests find very nice and reasonable hotels, just steps from the ski runs. Two recently opened 4 passengers' chair-lifts extend the already broad range of lift facilities and ski runs.
Winter vacationers arriving from distant places will appreciate the nearby highway and the availability of numerous other Salzburg ski resorts. Others may be attracted by the broad offer of cultural events of the nearby city of Salzburg. Salzburg offers a range of fantastic off-piste activities. The easy access by car is particularly agreeable for arriving families.
