Salmon Cottage

Salmon Cottage is a Four Star Property (STB) located right on the sea front in the old coastal village of Kinghorn in the Kingdom of Fife.

The original old buildings date from the early eighteen hundreds with further records dating as far back as 1625.
The ancient fisherman's bothy has now been totally transformed into a contemporary, open plan beach front villa with a Four Star grading from The Scottish tourist Board.

The property has all the modern conveniences that the modern traveller would expect from a first class accommodation. The fully integrated kitchen is fitted out with everything you will need to self cater in luxury.

The bathroom and separate shower rooms are fully tiled with heated towel rails. All towels and hotel quality linen are provided for your convenience and a welcome pack will be there on your arrival.

The un-interrupted views from the huge windows are fantastic as you look over the sea to the Inchkeith lighthouse island and on into Edinburgh.

There is quaint little railway station in the village and for a few pounds off peak, you can travel across the famous Forth rail Bridge in to Edinburgh where you can visit the ancient castle or the modern parliament building. You can shop around in all the top shops or just chill out among the trendy wine bars, cafes and restaurants. It's a great way to discover the delights of the Edinburgh international festival or you can travel north to explore St Andrews, Dundee, Perth and the Highlands.
