Torrevieja Holiday Villa

This 3 bedroom semi-detached villa is part of a small residential complex with communal pool in the residential area of Aguas Nuevas on the outskirts of northern Torrevieja. It is fully equipped for six people. Located just a 15 minute walk from the beach front and town centre, and 5 minute walk from three Supermarkets, local bars, restaurants, cinema and clubs. It is situated close to bus stops with regular service into the centre of Torrevieja.

Close by and well within five minute walk, you will find a Large Supermarket, the Torrevieja Water Park (Aquopolis), the sport centre, a casino and a Commercial centre where you can find every type of cuisine imaginable from Chinese, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish.

There are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. A popular local market is held on Wednesdays (at La Mata) and on Friday (in the town centre) - again within 15 minutes stroll of the house, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family. A good street market is also held every evening on the promenade, alongside a fairground next to the marina.

This villa is ideally situated for those that want to get the best out of a holiday. Only 30 minutes from Murcia and Alicante airports.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground Floor

In the main area of the villa you will find a dining area with table and chairs and the lounge area, equipped with a three seater sofa, dresser and coffee table, TV. Front porch with table and chairs.

The kitchen comes equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, kettle, iron and board. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Bathroom with WC and wash hand basin.

Bedroom equipped with two single beds, built in wardrobes and bedside table.

First Floor

Two bedrooms, master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe and bedside cabinets and your own sun terrace. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with two single beds, built in wardrobes and bedside cabinet.

Main bathroom with shower, bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.

Communal Pool to the front of this villa there is also a baby pool attached to the main pool for our younger guests to use.

Prices start from as little as £250 per week (for up to 6 people).

A returnable damage security deposit of £70 is required with your last payment and will be returned subject to a final inspection and key return.

Long lets available at discount rate

An additional €50 - €80 cleaning charge is payable (depending on number of people).

All prices include electricity, water, towels and bed linen.

Please supply your own beach towels.
