Bailey Holiday Cottage is self-catering holiday accommodation, which is situated in the beautiful rural seaside hamlet of Ardwell, on the shores of Luce Bay in the South Rhinns of Dumfries and Galloway in Scotland.

The holiday cottage has sea views from the bay window in the lounge and the master bedroom.

The beach at Chapel Rosan Bay is around 100m away.

The kitchen overlooks open fields to the rear, leading to the foot of the ancient Ardwell Motte.

The holiday cottage sleeps four people. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom.

Bailey Holiday Cottage has been newly decorated throughout, is furnished to a high standard and has a well-equipped kitchen that will meet all your self-catering needs.
The holiday cottage has off-road parking for two cars, and has gardens to the front and rear.

There is a colour television and DVD player, together with a selection of DVD's for your entertainment. Titles include Harry Potter, Snow White, Amadeus, Citizen Kane, The old man and the sea.

A gas-fired barbecue is available in the back garden.

Bailey Holiday Cottage is an ideal place to use as a base for all types of outdoor activities including walking, cycling, fishing, playing golf, bird and seal watching or even star gazing as Bailey Holiday Cottage is situated in one of the best locations in Scotland for low levels of light pollution. The RSPB nature reserve at the Mull of Galloway provides an ideal location for bird watching with the chance of seeing hunting Peregrine Falcons and the odd Puffin.
