Gate House Cottage and Tack Room Cottage

It comprises a large open plan beamed lounge with a double bed, seating area with dining table and chairs and colour T.V./DVD player.

There is a separate galley kitchenwith small oven, fridge and microwave oven.

Off the lounge is a lovely en-suite bathroom with twin basins and in bath shower.

The cottage has central heating and has a gas wood burning effect fireplace.

We welcome well behaved dogs and only ask that they are kept on a lead on the premises, (there are lots of walks nearby as we are just below the South downs Way), and that they are not allowed on the furniture.

The Tack Room Cottage.

Our tack room cottage is also a delightful open plan double bedded unitwith an en-suite bathroom.

It has a small kitchen with an oven and a fridge.

There is a T.V/VCR and seating area and dining table. There are lovely views over the garden and paddock and a private decking area with table and chairs.

Both cottages are quiet and there are plenty of walking, riding and cycling paths nearby as we are just below The South Downs way.

Although in a very rural area we are only 15mins from the centre of Brighton with all it's shops, tourist attractions and of course The Royal Pavilion.

Gatwick Airport is 35mins away and we are only an hour and a half from the Channel Tunnel (M25 permitting).

For garden lovers we are very close to Wakehurst Place, Nymans and Sheffield Park.
