This fabulous family villa, with sea views and sun terraces, is situated just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Burriana Beach and 15 minutes walk to the centre of Nerja. Nerja is only 50km from Malaga and within 1 hour from Granada and lies between small coves untouched by development and breathtaking mountain scenery. With its exceptionally good weather all year round, Nerja offers everything the holidaymaker could wish for.

3 spacious twin bedrooms containing good quality pine furnishings with ample wardrobe/cupboard space. All bedrooms have patio doors leading out onto private garden and patio area.

1 bathroom with shower/bidet/wc and washbasin.

1 further bathroom with wc and washbasin.

New fitted kitchen, fully equipped with electric oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc. Kitchen leads directly out onto main terrace, ideal for the 'beer & burger' trips to the barbecue.

Light and spacious lounge area opens onto sun terrace overlooking private garden and communal pool. Dining area opens onto further sun terrace offering sea and mountain views.

The villa is light and airy and is nicely laid out with good quality furnishings. The private garden is great for kiddie's paddling pools, etc. Communal pool is usually available between April & October, although we have no jurisdiction over this.
Garden and sun terraces are furnished with tables, chairs, sunloungers, parasols and barbecue.

The private garden, with orange & lemon trees, provides access to lovely communal pool and mature gardens (shared by 10 villas). With the pool being just outside our garden gate, it is as good as having a private pool! It is very pretty and peaceful. (Please note, a spiral staircase leads from main terrace into garden and care should be taken with young children).

Nerja lies on the eastern most tip of the Costa del Sol, where the mountains meet the sea. Some 50 kilometres from Malaga it is around 45 minutes drive on the N340 highway.

Once a sleepy fishing village, Nerja has retained its Andalucian character, particularly in the old quarter with its narrow cobbled streets and whitewashed houses. The tradition is set to remain thanks to enforced restrictions on development of the town.

At the heart of the town is the Balcon de Europa, a palm tree lined promenade built along the edge of a cliff and out to sea with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and Nerja's nine sandy beaches stretching to over 16 kilometres in total.

Flanked and protected by the mighty Sierra Almijara mountain range Nerja is said to have the best Climate in the entire Costa del Sol, not to mention the dramatic scenery the mountains provide.

From wherever your self catering accommodation is located there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from, many retaining their typical Andalucian charm, plus of course a great variety of international cuisine on offer.
