Lovely small private house on a quite tree lined street in Brooklyn New York. Close to public transportation.

The house features a large master bedroom with a king size bed cable, DVD / CD / VCR player, surround sound. And a small bedroom with cable DVD / CD / VCR player and a futon bed, a full size bathroom playfully decorated in honor of my hero Spongebob square pants, on the upper level of the house.

The first level has a new stainless steel kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Small dinning room /living room dining table seats 6 comfortably and a 12 bath.

The room lets out to the huge backyard and swimming pool, The are is large and great for barbeques and family outings. A barbeque grill is provided.

On the lower level; is the large family room with two pull out sofa beds and two love seats the room also has cable / DVD / CD / VCR player the house is also internet ready. Also located on the lower level is the full service laundry room featuring a state of the art washer and dryer for your convenience, ironing board and iron are included.

A baby crib is available upon request. Towels and linens provided upon request and additional fee. A 15ft x 25ft above ground swimming pool. Off street parking, large backyard, basketball court, large family room, sleeps 12.

The area offers a beach close by, Shea stadium home of the New York Mets & Arthur Ashe stadium home of the US Open located just 15 miles away. John F. Kennedy international airport is located 10 mins. away. The world famous Cyclone wooden roller coaster located at Coney Island amusement park and beach is just 12 short miles away. This property can be rented fully stocked with basic supplies upon request and an additional fee.
