Apartment lies adjacent to the city park in a very quiet area of town ,yet only a few hundred meters from all the city has to offer. Like : Shopping mall, cinemas, restaurants, bars, cafes, the harbour, train/bus station etc.

The apartment is in a wooden house built in 1999 on the 3rd floor. It lies in a cobblestone street opposite the city park and the old Cathedral. It is also a short walk to the harbour, local marked, museums etc.

From the harbour you can take day cruises to the fjords and also visit the famous 'Pulpit Rock' in Lysefjorden. This rock formation offers a specatcular view of the fjord down below and the surrounding mountains.

Around Stavanger therere are 5 golf courses with varying difficulty. The best one is Stavanger Golf Club, which is only 5 km from the apartment. Contact us for information on the other.

The beaches outside Stavanger, at Sola, are among the finest in Norway, and well worth a visit in the summer.

Stavanger is Norway's fourth largest city located on the southwest coast in an area that often is called 'Norway in a nutshell', because it has much of the landscapes Norway has to offer. Like : farming land, deep fjords, high mountains, long sandy beaches and nice coves for boating holidays. It is more cosmopolitan and international than any comparable Norwegian city.

The town center is excellent for shopping, relaxation, movies and nightlife. You can drive around the town, but the roads in the center are for pedestrians only. Stavanger is a safe city, with a very low crime rate.
