All our houses are recently built three double bed roomed semi-detached properties equipped to an exceptionally high standard and tastefully decorated. All properties have a security alarm system and exterior lighting. With one car standing on the forecourt.
Each property has gas central heating, UPVC double-glazing and air filter systems. The properties comprise of Hall, Lounge, which has a wall mounted LCD widescreen TV with Sky Plus, two leather sofas, and a combined CD/DVD/MP3 entertainment system with surround sound, an arch leads into the dining room with table and 6 chairs. This opens to a fully fitted integrated kitchen including; fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob and oven also including general appliances such as microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Solid wood floors throughout and window blinds. To the rear there is a garden withpatio set.
There are quality carpets throughout upstairs. The master bed has built in wardrobes, double bed, dressing table, ensuite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Two further double bedrooms both have built in wardrobes and double beds. There is a luxury bathroom with bath, basin and WC.
A maid service is provided on an alternative day basis to change linen and towels as necessary. If you wish this service can be provided at more regular intervals during your stay and additional laundry, ironing service are available.

Sherwood Forest - 5 miles
Visit Robin Hood Country and explore the famous forest with its Great Oak Tree; discover the myths and the reality, follow in the footsteps of Robin Hood and his merry men, Friar Tuck and Maid Marion. Discover Clumber, one of the largest parks in Europe; Creswell Crags, with the oldest cave drawings in the world; or simply relax in the countryside, cycling on quiet roads, exploring historic churches, following ancient footpaths and charming towns and villages with thriving markets, traditional shops and quaint tea shops.
Rufford Abbey - 10 miles
In the heart of Robin Hood Country lies Rufford Abbey. Once one of the great private estates in Sherwood Forest it includes a country park with large areas of woodland and parkland criss-crossed with footpaths.The 12th Century Rufford Abbey was founded by Cistercian monks and later transformed for the Talbot and Savile families into a grand country house.
From ancient to modern, whatever the weather Rufford has plenty to see and do. Pause for coffee at the Coach house Cafe, or sample the nostalgic Victorian ambience of the Savile Restaurant. There are plenty of gifts and souvenirs in the on-site shops. Stroll round the lake to Rufford Mill with its Lakeside Garden Shop and Craft Centre.
Peak District - 20 miles
Get away to it all... Right in the heart of England the Peak District includes the first National Park in Britain. You will also find Chatsworth and Alton Towers, the starting point of the Pennine Way long distance footpath and home to such nationally known products as Buxton Mineral Water, Hartington Stilton and the delicious Bakewell Pudding. Great places to visit, magnificent scenery and a host of things to do whilst staying in your favourite style of accommodation, the Peak District has something to offer everyone.
Nottingham - 15 miles
Nottingham, the regional capital of the East Midlands, is famous around the world for many things - from fine lace to football, from Robin Hood and the Sheriff to household names such as the Boots Company and Raleigh Industries. It is a cosmopolitan city, with a diversity of cultures, and countryside close at hand. It's a great place in which to live and work - and to those who know Nottingham it came as no surprise that in a recent national survey it was voted the best city in the country in which to live.
The city combines the best of old and new. Shoppers have excellent modern shopping centres and traditional markets.
