Set in 25 acres of orchards, in the heart of Teme Valley, are our 5 self-catering properties.

Three 4* recently constructed purpose built brick and timber clad lodges, each sleep six, two suitable for wheelchair access, comprising one double, one twin and bathroom upstairs, and one twin room with en-suite with walk-in shower on the ground floor. All comfortably furnished. Oil fired central heating.

Stunning views over fishing pool and valley beyond.

Each having own BBQ, garden area with ample parking.

Character one bedroom beamed cottage, sleeps 2. with fenced area with garden furniture, with access to gardens, hot tub and fishing pool. In its own grounds, overlooking coarse fishing pool, three bedroom bungalow (sleeps 6), comprising of two double and one twin bedded room, bathroom, kitchen/diner and sitting room with open fire. Fenced garden with garden furniture. Both cottage and bungalow have night storage heating charged on meter readings.
Private coarse fishing pools, stocked with carp, rudd and tench. Coarse fishing can be arranged on River Teme (famous for its barbel).
Relax in our Hot tub, or pamper yourself with an Holistic therapy treatment, (must be pre-booked).
Games/function room with seating for approx 35, log burner, pool table, kitchen area, toilet and washbasin. Ideal for family/friends get-together or small function.

B&B also available in our 15th century farmhouse, as featured on National TV and radio, comprising of three twin bedrooms, beamed loung/dining room.

Ideally situated for visiting the many local attractions, Witley Court, Shelsley Walsh Hillclimb, Worcester Cathedral, Porcelain and Civil War centre, West Midlands Safari Park, Severn Valley Railway, Malvern, Ludlow, Stratford, or touring Heart of England and Welsh Marches.

Worcestershire Way 1/2 mile. Barbel fishing can be arranged on R. Teme 1/2 mile. Birdwatchers and walkers paradise.

Out of season or late availability short breaks. Longer lets - ideal for relocation. Perfect venue for family/friends reunions (motorway 15 miles).
