Attractive character 2-bedroom cottage situated adjacent to the river Hamble in the Hampshire sailing village of Warsash.

It is located within a conservation area and is a grade ll listed ex-fisherman's cottage.

The bedrooms enjoy views of the Solent and the Isle of Wight and being close to public moorings is ideal for the sailing enthusiast. We also have great walks along the coast on our door step.

The accommodation is extensively equipped and includes; entrance lobby, comfortable sitting room with wood burner, polished wooden floor and large rug, raised dining area, modern fitted kitchen complete with oven, hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, tumble dryer, microwave, large range of cutlery and utensils.
