APARTMENT 2 - HAS MANY ORIGINAL FEATURES AND A SUN TERRACE
This recently refurbished, and newly furnished apartment, has been equipped to a high standard and is a modern contemporary style, whilst maintaining many of its original features with wood beams and stonework. It is within walking distance to all of Ilfracombe's amenities.
Situated on the second floor and arranged over two floors, the apartment offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 double with single bunk above, travel cot also provided.
Kitchen with breakfast bar seating, cooker, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble drier.
Dining room off the kitchen with seating for 6, also includes highchair. Family bathroom, with WC and corner bath with shower over.
Living room with sea glimpses, is approached via a staircase (mind your head), and includes TV, DVD and Hi-Fi system. Just off the living room is a comfy snug area, ideal as a children's living room/play area, with futon as extra seating/sleeping for two.
Outside offers a suntrap roof terrace approached via narrow steps and offers a table and seating, with distant views of the harbour and beyond. Also, outside there is storage for wet suits, boards, etc. Bed linen, towels (not bath sheets), electric and heating included. Beach, restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance. Parking by permit provided minutes away.
APARTMENT 1
Situated on the first floor the accommodation has TWO bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 4-5. The main bedroom has a modern four-poster bed and double wardrobe. The second bedroom has a 4ft double bunk with a 3ft bunk above, and a single wardrobe.
The modern fitted kitchen includes an electric cooker with double oven, fridge, washer/dryer and microwave; it also includes a table and chairs to seat four. An iron and ironing board are also provided along with the usual kitchen requirements.
The lounge is tastefully furnished with two sofas, one of which converts to a further double bed with spring interior mattress, if needed. Also included is a colour TV/DVD/CD player. Thermostatically controlled electric radiators heat the flat, which makes it a cosy retreat in winter months.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail.
