Rosebud Cottage

Rosebud Cottage is a four star rated self catering accommodation in Fishguard, Pembrokeshire, Wales.

Situated in a quiet part of Fishguard, 'Rosebud Cottage' is the ideal apartment for two people to share and discover this area of Pembrokeshire. Just two minutes walk to the town of Fishguard with it's numerous pubs, most of which serve meals. There is car parking in front of the cottage which is just 100 yards from the coast path, and 150 yards from Lower Fishguard Harbour. About 1 mile from the cottage is the ferry port which runs day trips to Ireland

The property which is graded 4* by the Welsh Tourist Board consists of one double bedroom sleeping two people. With exposed beams and modern furnishings, the views are of the woods and hills of Fishguard. The cottage has gas central heating which is included in the price of the cottage. The lounge has TV, DVD and a CD player.

The kitchen is well equipped with fitted units, microwave, electric cooker, fridge and automatic washing machine.

The shower room contains shower, WC, hand basin and shaver point.

Weekend Breaks & Midweek Breaks can be arranged.
Stays of longer duration may be negotiated.
Pets welcome at £12.00 each.

Thorn Cottage

Thorn Cottage is a four star rated self catering accommodation in Fishguard, Pembrokeshire, Wales.

Built in 1860, this grade 2 listed cottage is in a quiet cul de sac, 200 yards from Fishguard town centre, 100 yards from the Pembrokeshire coast path, and 150 yards from Fishguard Lower Harbour.
Accommodation.

The kitchen area has breakfast bar, full size cooker with grill and hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer.

The dining room has a table and seating for 6 people.

The living room has homely feel with leather three piece suite, gas room heater, TV, sky DVD, CD and radio.

There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, two double wardrobes, draw unit and a dressing table. The second bedroom also has a double bed, wardrobe and draw unit. And a futher bedroom has bunk beds with draw unit.

The bathroom has a full size bath, WC and sink.

The cottage has full central heating.

A large conservatory is also included with plenty of seating with roof and window blinds in case it gets too hot.

There is a large garden with rotary washing line, garden table and chairs. The garden is secure for children and pets.

Next to the cottage, is Rosebud Cottage, a small annex, providing separate self catering accommodation for 2 people.
