Villa Lavinia is a Self-Catering retreat Victorian house with five double rooms, three bathrooms, utility room, large kitchen lounge and newly landscaped garden with full sea views from Alexandra Road. Built with food at the heart. Villa Lavinia offers the perfect kitchen to cook for friends and family and create a gourmet break with the Islands natural larder right by your doorstep.
The Villa has a spacious kitchen and lounge area with large dining table seating up to10 people for that special family occasion or party amongst friends. It is fully equipped with a large five burner gas range, expresso machine, dishwasher, large fridge/ freezer with ice maker, and a wine cooler.
The lounge offers stunning views and with an array of modern technology including flat screen T.V., sound system for your entertainment. The lavish seating lets you unwind and relax in the privacy of your own space.
Beautifully appointed bedrooms with unsurpassed views of the sea from the large bay windows. The rooms are complete with king-size double bed, two large wardrobes and large dressers.
The accommodation benefits from being situated right next to The Hambrough - an award winning michelin restaurant where you can experience the Isle of Wight's best local produce carefully crafted by Chef Robert Thompson.
