The house is ideal for those who enjoy the outdoor lifestyle with a first floor terrace and a rooftop solarium equipped with sunbeds who enjoys all day sunshine. Both solarium and terrace have fantastic views of Caleta, the coast, golf courses and surrounding hills. There is a shadier ground floor patio with a table and 4 chairs. Furnished and equipped to a high standard, the property has an open plan lounge/kitchen with a granite breakfast bar and microwave. The lounge area has a sofa, easy chairs and dining table plus satellite television, DVD/CD player and internet access. There are 2 bedrooms with build in wardrobe.

The apartment has 3 terraces One roof terrace with spectacular views over Caleta, the ocean and the Golf Club. Middle terrace with loungers, chairs and table and downstairs terrace with table and chairs.

There is a communal pool with a children's pool with sun beds, showers and toilet facilities.

The apartment has it’s own private parking space.

Caleta de Fuste is also known as Costa Caleta, boasts a large man made, horse shoe shaped beach covered with golden sand. The beach shelves gently into the water, and has a breakwater making it ideal for children. Further beaches, in the form of small lagoons, have been made behind the Atlantico Centre

There are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and a very popular Saturday market.
The Atlantico Shopping Centre, a twenty-minute walk from the apartment boasts shops, the supermarket Spar, a Cinema complex, a Bowling alley, McDonalds and Burger King.

Montaña Blanca is available for rental all year round at the price of 390 Euro during the mid season and 425 Euro during the high season.. The price is for the apartment per week not per person.

The price includes cleaning before and after your stay (a linen change for stays of over a week), bed linen, hand, tea and bath towels and all water and electricity. There are no hidden costs.

Arrival and departure days are totally flexible and you can pick the length of holiday to suit you, including mid-week breaks. (min. stay 4 days)
