Converted from the old servants quarters in our grounds they are luxuriously furnished and boast a flat screen LCD TV, DVD Player, Stereo radio/CD and free WiFi. Each has private parking and are less-abled friendly.

Glenernan Bothy & Glenernan Cottage each sleep 1 or 2 in a double bedroom with ensuite full wet room. Both have a well equipped kitchen with full cooker, microwave and fridge freezer situated at one end of a large lounge/diner. Leather reclining sofas will help you relax after a busy day.

The Bothy & Cottage are ideal for those wishing to stay in Ballater a little longer and to explore Royal Deeside and beyond, or for those wishing to be more independent. Guest Comments: The accommodation surpassed all our expectations: so comfortable, warm and the best of fixtures, fittings, kitchen living appliances to make a VERY nice week. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a lovely treat!
