Terrific apartment in Madrid

Therefore I offer you my Madrid apartment which enjoys a privileged location close to the main cultural attractions and leisure in the district of La Latina, in the Park Eugenia de Montijo (Calle Ocaña 86, BA H2 ).

Location
It is easy to locate, just take the subway station Eugenia de Montijo as the point of reference.
Once outside the station, turn left and follow the sign indicating the 'Pharmacy', the apartment is in the same building as the pharmacy.

Flat description
It is a freshly apartment of just over 80 m2, consisting of an entrance hall, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove and a big pantry, 2 spacious bedrooms (5 beds), one with twin beds and one with a double bed, a fully equipped bathroom and a guest toilette. It is fully furnished, outward-facing, sunny, bright and surrounded by the building's green area. It has central heating, concierge and free parking area in the surface.

We provide bed linen & towels: bed sheets, covers, bath towels.
If you need health assistance, you can address to the pharmacy, which is in the same building. You also have a restaurant, right at the back of the pharmacy. And a big supermarket just at 50m from the flat. All within walking distance.
No smokers please.

Getting there

Airport: at the information desk at the airport ask for the station called Eugenia de Montijo (green line) and a map of the underground.

Tube / Subway / Underground

Take the tube at the Airport T3 T2 T1. It will be line 8 (Direction to Nuevos Ministries), change to Line 10 at Nuevos Ministerios station (direction Puerta del Sur), change in Caasa de Campo Line 5 (direction Alameda de Osuna), get off at station Eugenia de Montijo.

Train:
From Atocha train station. Take the commuter train to Aluche station . From here you can walk to the flat or take the tube to the next station (Eugenia de Montijo).

From Chamartín train station: take the commuter train to Atocha station and then a local train to Aluche station, from here you can walk to Ocaña 86, or or take the tube to the next station (Eugenia de Montijo).

Bus
From Estacion Sur:
Take the tube at Méndez Álvaro station, Line 6 Circular(Anden-2), change at Oporto station Line 5 (direction Casa de Campo) arrival to Eugenia de Montijo.
